7 Habits That Help Me To Lose Weight

Alhamdulillah for the past few months I have dedicated myself to these 7 habits as part of my life hahaha and In Shaa Allah I am planning to continue it as my habit for the rest of my life. ^^

Basically, all these tips actually came from my own research through the expertise sharing on YouTube. However, some of the points might need your doctor’s or your personal trainer's opinion (related to weight lifting and cardio) before you start them as your habit too.

  1. Calories Deficit
    I am very sure that you have heard or read about this almost everywhere. Yep, I think this is the main game changer for me in my lose weight journey. I don't want to elaborate more on this, probably you already know what it means. So, yeah. You should start this if you really want to lose weight. However, I think the biggest thing to be able to “maintain” is the next points;
  2. Apple Cider Vinegar
    I took this as suggested by Dr. Berg, 1 tablespoon in the early morning and 1 tablespoon at night. Please find the explanation of the benefits of taking Apple Cider Vinegar from Dr. Berg’s youtube.
  3. Cinnamon + Lemon + Honey (CLH Bottle)
    In the daytime, almost every day I will be taking a bottle of warm water that contains 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 2 slices of lemon & 1 tablespoon of honey. This tips also I got it from Dr. Berg. It is recommended
